Products NEVER to use in boutique pods

  • Bleach-based cleaners — cause irreversible clouding and micro-cracks on acrylic pod panels
  • Abrasive scrubs or steel wool — scratch mirror and glass surfaces
  • Ammonia-based products — damage the anti-reflective coating on pod screens
  • Undiluted disinfectants — can discolour soft furnishings if not diluted per instructions

Application guidelines

  1. Always spray onto the cloth — never directly onto surfaces
  2. Use separate cloths for bathroom fixtures and sleeping area surfaces
  3. Change cloths between boutiques to prevent cross-contamination
  4. Allow all surfaces to air dry before guest check-in

Product storage

All approved products are stored in Housekeeping Cart B (red label). Cart A (blue label) is for public areas only. Do not mix products between carts.

Reporting defects

If a boutique surface shows signs of damage (clouding, discolouration, cracks), report immediately via the maintenance ticket system and mark the boutique as unavailable until assessed.
